Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions:
Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for business purposes who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Ongoing contract: A contract for regular delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.
Durable medium: Any tool allowing the consumer or trader to store information in a way that enables future access and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract during the cooling-off period.
Trader: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: A contract concluded entirely via distance communication (e.g. online).
Means of distance communication: Tools used to conclude a contract without physical presence.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and distance contracts concluded between Lioréa and UK-based consumers. A copy of these terms is provided electronically before an order is finalised.
Article 4 – The Offer
All product offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Descriptions and images are illustrative and may vary slightly.

Complete product details
Prices including VAT (where applicable)
Free or paid shipping information
Estimated delivery timelines
Information on return rights and limitations
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract becomes binding once the consumer accepts the offer and meets all terms. If accepted electronically, the consumer will receive a confirmation email. All transactions are processed securely. LioraBella reserves the right to verify payment capacity before fulfilling an order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
UK consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. The right of withdrawal must be exercised via email.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return shipping is at the consumer's expense unless the product is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.
Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customised or personalised goods
Perishable goods
Sealed items unsealed after delivery (e.g. hygiene-related)
Digital content delivered electronically and already accessed
These exceptions are clearly stated when applicable.
Article 9 – Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and include applicable UK VAT. LioraBella reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of tax changes or typographical errors.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
All products must meet reasonable quality expectations and conform to descriptions. Consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Claims for faulty products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Article 11 – Delivery
Products are shipped directly from international suppliers. Estimated delivery time is 5–14 working days. Consumers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees upon entry to the UK.
Article 12 – Duration & Termination
Consumers may cancel ongoing service agreements with one month’s notice. Auto-renewals are not permitted unless clearly stated.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be completed within 7 working days unless agreed otherwise. Billing discrepancies must be reported promptly. LioraBella reserves the right to apply reasonable late fees.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the issue arises. We respond within 14 days. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to an independent body. Filing a complaint does not suspend payment obligations.

Contracts are governed by UK law. UK consumers retain their full statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
